Do you only design, or do you also write the code?

Both.

The interface and the front-end land in the same repository, ready to merge.

We don’t hand over a file and leave.

How is Lumen different from Vertex?

Lumen is 3,999 EUR a month, for one product surface, from design to the front-end in the repo.

Vertex is 7,999 EUR a month, for every surface, held in one system.

Both are month to month, inside the weekly sprint.

What if we don’t want a monthly retainer?

A sprint is ten working days on one surface. The fee is fixed before day one.

A project is four, eight, or twelve weeks. The end date is set before kickoff.

Is the free call the same as discovery?

No.

The call is a first conversation, fifteen minutes, free.

Discovery is a written read of the product, also free: where to start, the constraint, and which way of working fits. You keep the page. It takes about a week.

Can we cancel?

Yes.

A retainer stops at the end of the month. Either side can end it there.

A sprint stops after ten working days. A project stops on the date set before kickoff.

The code stays in your repository.

What do we need before we start?

A repository someone on your team can merge to, and one person who can answer product questions the same week.
